Here is a super easy
Here is a super easy way to animate a static image using Stable Diffusion w/ a troubleshooting guide at the end. This is as easy as installing a Stable Diffusion extension by copy and pasting a link into Stable Diffusion, installing FFMPEG and then restarting and running the tool.
I personally had a hard time installing because I'm normally dealing with super random errors. The checkpoints didn't download like they were supposed too and FFMPEG didn't register until I did a simple fix. NO worries, My loss of time is your gain and I'll show you how to fix and troubleshoot those annoying issues after the normal tutorial.
Here is the Sad Talker GitHub and Link needed for the Extension install - https://github.com/Winfredy/SadTalker . Copy and paste that into the install using URL in the Stable Diffusion Extension Tabs, install FFMPEG into your stable diffusion folder and then restart your webui-user.bat file and it "SHOULD" download everything you need and get you up and running.
I'll also teach you how to get some free TTS software that you might not know is already installed on your PC at the end. You can use the audio of your SadTalker Vids.
