Former AWA star/promoter and WCW agent Greg Gagne talks about how he had to have the heart-wrenching talk with his father about potentially shutting AWAs doors for good.
The American Wrestling Alliance was ran by Verne Gagne in Minneapolis, Minnesota from 1960-1991. Vince McMahon and WWE purchased the AWA and all it's video assets in 2003, later releasing the Spectacular Legacy of the AWA DVD Set.
