Learn how to make crispy, flavorful chicken legs in the air fryer with this easy recipe! Perfect for a quick dinner or a tasty snack. Adjust the spices and sauces to your liking for the perfect taste.

Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
¼ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
¼ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
2 tsp light soy sauce (adjust to taste)
½ tsp dark soy sauce (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp oyster sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp oil
Small piece of lemon (for taste after frying)


Instructions:
Step 1 :Add all the spices and sauces into a bowl and mix well.

Step 2:Coat the chicken legs evenly with the spice mix on both sides. (If you want, after marinating, let the chicken sit for 20 minutes to allow the spices to soak into the meat.)

Step 3:Place the chicken legs in the air fryer and broil at 450°F for 10 minutes, flipping them after 5 minutes by pressing the pause button.

Step 4:After broiling, apply a thin layer of oil to both sides of the chicken legs using a silicone basting brush.

Step 5:Air fry at 385°F for 15 minutes, flipping them after 7 minutes by pressing the pause button.

Step 6:Squeeze a small piece of lemon over the chicken legs before serving, if desired.

Tips:

Ensure the chicken legs are evenly coated with the spice mix for consistent flavor.

Don't overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking.

Serve with a side of dipping sauce or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
