Convenient Shelter. If you want a rooftop tent for your Jeep that's compact, yet still comes with a lot of features, you can get all that with this Smittybilt Overlander Roof Tent. You can put this rooftop tent on your Jeep's roof rack, making it simple and easy to use. The tent itself is large, provides solid shelter in all kinds of conditions, has a mattress pad, and even includes interior lighting. The great news is you can use this roof tent on a wide range of Jeeps, 1987 to 2017 Wrangler YJ, TJ and JK models.
Durable and Waterproof. This tent is made of durable materials: polyester, stainless steel, and aluminum. Each component is lightweight, so you're not going to make your Jeep overly top-heavy. Rainflies cover the built-in sunroofs for open-air time. The tent is tan in color. Animals stay out, since you must climb a ladder to reach the tent, and that ladder telescopes. The tent itself measures 95 inches wide, 56 inches long, and 51 inches tall, while the platform can support up to 661 pounds. The interior features a USB port, LED light, and a 12-volt plug.
Simple Setup. Plan on spending only an hour getting this tent attached to your Jeep's roof rack. You'll have to attach the ladder to the tent, and put on the mounting hardware for the roof rack, but those only require basic hand tools.
