This video is a collection of the related footages scattered in five disks of the DVD series "China's Wushu Treasure: Wu-style Tai Chi Chuan 108 Movements Standard Routine". The movements are explained in great details, using plain language not doctrinal terms, thanks to Grandmaster Eddie Wu's extensive teaching experience with the international Wu-style TCC community.

In this video, GM Eddie Wu gives a complete demonstration of the Wu-style Tai Chi Chuan Joint Form. Joint Form was conceived by his grandfather Wu Kung-yi well before the renowned Wu-Chan Fight 1954, and was taught to some one-time students who later strayed to form their own schools, which was followed by an inexplicable withdrawal of Joint Form from Hongkong Wu's TCC Academy. Decades later, when Eddie Wu became the family's 5th-generation Gatekeeper, he designated Joint Form as the standard routine of Wu-style 108 Movements, and began teaching his grandfather's invention authentically and definitively. Joint Form is well-founded, elegant and good for novices to build a solid foundation, without which the learning of Round Form and Fast Form would be prone to errors.

吴光宇师傅演示的吴家太极关节拳，承传自其祖父第三代掌门吴公仪宗师。吴公仪出赛1954年“吴陈比武”后，吴家拳名声大噪，宗师开始传授关节拳予第四代弟子门生，当中数位及後另起炉灶以教拳谋生，挪用吴家关节拳作卖点。后来，吴光宇深得祖父真传并将之发扬光大，当上第五代掌门后把关节拳设定为吴家太极拳108式的标准套路，並親自教学示范，以示真贋。吴家关节拳有坚实的创立基础，既可登大雅之堂，亦是很好的入门拳法，让学员打好根基以学习圆拳和快拳等盘架。
