Uliana will guide you through a 3-step tutorial on how to generate certificates online for free using Certifier.
The first step is to create a design for your certificate in Certifier’s design builder. Sign up or log in to Certifier, and you’re ready to edit your certificate template. You have two options - either create a design yourself, or use the available free certificate templates and personalize them to your needs.
All terms such as fonts, colors, and a company logo can be customized to have a certificate that best suits you. You can even add more custom text if you want, add more attributes such as issuer name or certificate ID and customize them. Then name the certificate design you have just created and save it. To edit your certificate design, you will first need to create a course so that the certificate design matches the course you want to create. The final step here is to create a group of recipients.
Once that’s done, the second step is to upload a spreadsheet of your recipients from a computer. You can do this in 2 of the most popular formats used by Certifier - CSV and XLS. This is necessary in order to generate certificate online.
Now it's an interesting part when it comes to setting attributes. The design has a few attributes such as recipient name, the issue date and the expiration date of a certificate. All you need to do is to map the columns from the spreadsheet with the appropriate values to the corresponding attributes. For example, if you have a column named Student, select an attribute which contains the name of the student and that attribute is called recipient name. Adding attributes to the values from the columns is that easy!
After everything is validated, the last step is to save and publish our certificates by email. You can also download them in bulk as a PDF and get a zip file containing multiple certificates. You can also resend the emails to your recipients in case their certificates have gone to spam boxes. Remember, though, that if you delete the certificates from your database, they'll also disappear from your recipients' emails. There you go - now you know how to create bulk certificate in just a few clicks.
