Emergency Alert System (UK) - 1984 Brighton Hotel Bombing

On October 12th, 1984, an IRA member placed a bomb inside the Grand Brighton Hotel, containing Conservative party members attending a conference. Just before 3am, it detonated, killing 5 and injuring 31. PM Thatcher was lucky to escape with her life. Today we explore an alternate scenario, if the PM had not been so lucky, and the IRA's assassination attempt was successful.
