I needed a 2nd Instant Pot pressure cooker for my food service on the weekends. I was going to purchase the Instant pot duo, but came along this Instant pot pro crisp + airfryer. For someone with a small family, this is an all around unit. But for me, I will be utilizing the pressure cook or slow cook feature along with the air fryer lid. I use my instant pot at least 2 times a week, so I am curious on how carnitas or pulled pork will come out.
