Nojawaan Nasal Kay Liye Sabaq A young man went to a fancy restaurant with his old parents. The parents did not want to go but their son insisted that he take them out to an expensive restaurant. Therefore, to celebrate his first salary, he decided to have lunch with some great personalities that were his parents at an expensive restaurant in the city. His father suffered from palsy. His body would tremble constantly. And the mother could not see much from both of her eyes. When this man, with his shabby appearance and old parents, entered the restaurant, the wealthy people eating at the restaurant eyed the group with disgust as though they had lost their way. The young man sat between his parents to eat. He would feed one morsel to his mother and one to his father. While eating, the father's face would sometimes tremble due to palsy and food particles would fall on his face and clothes. The mother was in the same state. As he brought the morsel near his mother's face, she would look here and there due to her weak eyesight. So, food particles stained her face and clothes as well. The people around them, who were already staring at them with contempt, made more faces. "They don't know the manners of eating, yet, they come to these fancy restaurants!" The son, impervious to his surroundings, kept feeding them considering it a form of worship while hiding tears in his eyes on their illness and helplessness and keeping a smile on his face. After they finished the meal, he escorted his parents to the sink with respect and devotion and cleaned their faces with his hands, washed the stains on their clothes and as he was about to carry them out, the hotel manager called him from behind and said, "Son, you are leaving behind something precious for all of us." The young man, surprised, turned and asked, "What is it?"
