Purpose : Fat Burn, Weight Loss, Stamina, Energy & Toning. Workout Intensity : Moderate. Workout Type : Cardio, Aerobic . Targeted Body Regions : Full Body. Workout Duration : 15 Minutes . Exercise Duration : 30 Seconds Intervals . Recovery/Resting Duration : 15 Seconds Intervals .
Recommended Workout Frequency : - at least twice a week
Common errors to avoid :- Wrong form / improper technique
Exercise Modification / Progression :- Decrease / Increase pace of exercise execution

In this cardio workout you will not need any equipments ,It is an effective home workout, It will target your full body
It will improve muscle endurance, and promote fat burn /weight loss and boost energy and stamina
You can increase or decrease the intensity of the workout by increasing or decreasing the speed of which you are executing each exercise
Feel free to pause the video and rest longer if you feel like you need to,however aim keep you heart rate up and not rest for too long .
