Elden Ring PC Stutter and Low Fps Fix

UPDATE: So later I tested this game with e-cores disabled and stuttering was completely gone and fps was also constant 60. Maybe the game gets confused if you have lot's of cpu cores/threads, because I have read lots of complaints from ryzen users too. Dunno.

I was having trouble with really bad stuttering on Elden Ring, and when searching solutions found nothing that worked. Setting Cpu affinity manually and putting it back fixes constant stuttering that Elden Ring suffers. Now I have constant 60fps and no stutters.

I have Intel Alder lake 12600kf and GTX 1070Ti. This works for my system, but I haven't tested this on any other setup or cpu.

Keep in mind that you need to set cpu affinity manually every time you boot the game order to make this fix to work.
