A2 Biology - The liver (OCR A Chapter 15.4)

The liver is the second largest organ in the body and is responsible for many different functions that are crucial for our health, from digestion to detoxification. In this video, we go through the structure of a liver lobule (the basic functional unit) and see how its structure link to the liver's various functions. Notice that there are many links to other important reactions and functions of different parts of the body!
