Bahi fruit in English is known as “Quince”. The fruit and its seeds, known as quince seeds or bahi dana are highly nutritious and are eaten all over the world.

How to Eat Bahi Fruit?
Boil it in water for a few minutes. You can also add spices for flavors like cinnamon,ginger etc. The fruit can be eaten on its own or added to other dishes like pies oats and tarts.
You can make quince jam or murabba bahi ( marmalade ) and eat it on empty stomach or  spread it on bread.
Quince preserve (made with honey) acts as a tonic and a relaxant for the heart, it opens blood passages and dissipates up tightness in the chest as well as strengthening the stomach and liver.
