Milford-Montague Toll Bridge westbound

The Milford-Montague Bridge carries US 206 across the Delaware River from Pennsylvania to New Jersey just south of Milford, PA. The bridge opened in 1953. It is the highest of the upper Delaware River bridges at over 100 feet high - this was done in anticipation of the unexecuted plan to build a dam at Tocks Island, which would have created a 37-mile lake in the river with depths up to 140 feet...
