My top tips for Baking
My top tips for Baking Cupcakes in Bulk. #shorts #myshorts
.
1. Always test the recipe and make sure that it is absolutely perfect specially if you are making for a new customer.
2. Measure out batches of dry ingredients well in advance. You can use a ziplock bag to store them. Just make sure to label properly so that you do not get confused.
3. Make sure you have enough of all the ingredients needs including things like cupcake liners plus things you need to decorate the cupcakes like sprinkles, chocolate or fondant.
4. Bake the cupcakes a day advance so next day you just need to frost them.
5. Batching - this is what the reels is all about.. Arrange the cupcakes in your work top and do the same work on all the cupcakes, so if you are coring then core all the cupcakes at once, follow that pattern for all the steps.
6. Use Baking Tray to transport them. Makes your job much easier.
7. Once frosted place them in refrigerator and then store and package it. Chilled cupcakes are easier to handle.
