A foundational sequence for warming up your body and beginning a yoga practice, this demonstration of Sun Salutations gives you a way to enter into the practice gently.

I use them in the morning to wake up the extremities and get a sense of what my body needs that day, or to prepare to sit in meditation or engage in more vigorous exercise like rock climbing.
