Palstar AT-4K Customer Support Issues

My Palstar AT-4K Manual Antenna Tuner nightmare with the repair department at Palstar.   Hopefully Palstar will change the way they handle their repairs after this.  I believe it is a good product.  Just poor support.  I made this video to attempt to show Paul he is living in a bubble.  He should pay attention to what his customers say.  Maybe just a little.
