Let's leave the old year behind us and dance into the new year in a picturesque and inspired way. Simple and exciting. Layers of painting, throw, tilt, free. Tools that everyone has at home! Here you will get to know real alternatives to professional artists' tools.

This technique is also suitable for beginners. You can see how I work it out in the video. You can do it the same way or completely differently. Use your favourite colours. Tip: If you use your favourite colours, it will be easier for you right from the start.
Technique:
Use charcoal to draw or doodle the old year on your white canvas. You can also write wishes on it and then prime it with a colour. The other layers are painted over with different tools. Pour, tip and throw your colours on. Enjoy the fun of painting.
Discover new structures and patterns. Paint the colours wet on wet into each other. You can also use your pouring colours if you have any.
Metallic colours shine and add a beautiful effect to the abstract artwork. Experiment and discover. Scratch circles, flowers, fish or lines into the wet paint. The picture changes so quickly and remains abstract and modern every time.
