The current world record speedrun of the Soviet campaign of the classic Red Alert 2.

Credit to "JosephS1k" for uploading the first ever run of this "category", and setting a seriously, profoundly competent time for any challengers to beat. Some of the tactics/strats used here were discovered/created by him (I'm assuming) and can be found originally here: Red Alert 2 (Soviet) - SPEEDRUN - 1:1...
Overall he was quite thorough and usually managed to find the optimal macro-strat. Very few serious opportunities were passed up, often leaving me only with micro/tactical optimisation over his original time. Many of the missions are pretty "scripted" or sequential, anyway, so often there wasn't much left to be improved upon.
Maybe he'll retake the WR from me one day, or maybe someone else will come along. It would be cool if RA2 (and C&C on the whole) developed a speedrunning community.
