Recipe:
1/4 cup flour (self rising)
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder (use good quality cocoa powder for the best results)
3 tbsp whole milk
3 tbsp oil
1 egg

Method:
1. Combine all the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, cocoa powder)
2. Add in the wet ingredients: egg milk oil
3. Mix together well
4. Transfer into a mug and place in microwave for 1.5-2 mins. Make sure you check on it every 30 seconds.
