VIP 515 won the gold award for the first time at the Taiwan Excellence Awards in 2014. This is the highest level award and it is also the first nomination for Karma Medical.
The VIP-515 is a revolutionary lightweight folding tilt in space wheelchair, with a tilt range from 0 to 35 degrees. The aluminum frame has been designed to move the center of gravity forwards as the wheelchair is tilted to maintain stability and key comfort and safety features include Height adjustable, flip-back armrest, swing-in/out footrest hangers, ergonomic headrest, lumbar support, and anti-tip leavers. Both the self-propelled and transit models are easily foldable and compact and have been Crashed tested to ISO 7176-19.
