Making a pair of my own shoes has always been high on the list. I recommend this kit to anyone who wants to learn the basics of shoemaking and allow room for some customization. For this build I used a 5-6 oz chrome tanned leather.
I get most of my leather from District Leather Supply, along with Rocky Mountain Leather Supply.
