Served with steamed rice and a sunny-side-up egg, it's the perfect comfort meal for any time of day.

🍳 Ingredients:
- Beef
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil or butter
- Apple cider or vinegar


📋 Instructions:
1. Slice the beef.
2. Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce, vinegar or apple cider, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the marinated beef until cooked through and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice and a fried egg on the side.
