EASY BEGINNER FRIENDLY MEAL: PILCHARD BAKE

Pasta is always a good idea and they’re so many ways you can make it taste good

Here’s a delicious recipe to try out

You will need the following ingredients:
2 tsp barbecue spice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
Olive/Conola/ coconut oil

1/2 block cheese grated
2 tbsp flour
Milk
2 tsp butter

1 can of pilchards
Pepper dews
Pasta (any)
1/2 onion (diced/sliced)
2 tomatoes / 1 canned tomatoes
