The easiest recipe for fluffy kefir pancakes. The pancakes are airy, tender and so delicious that words cannot describe it!

Ingredients:
kefir 300 ml
soda 0.5-1 tsp
sugar 1-1.5 tbsp
a pinch of salt
flour 1.5 tbsp (glass 200ml)

The splendor of the pancakes depends on the thickness of the dough! The dough should be thick! Fry the pancakes as soon as the dough is kneaded!
