After using Nikon's 180-600 mm
After using Nikon's 180-600 mm for over four months, I must say that I am very satisfied. You can see here in the video that it is sharp even in poor light and the lens is perfect as a film lens with its zoom capability. The advantages as I see it are that it is cheap, fast autofocus, light and requires very little movement to zoom in/out. This will be my workhorse and travel lens.
In my hide I usually use my 400mm,s f/2.8 but since I film and zoom a lot this will be my first choice if it's somewhat bright outside.
For reasons of space, all recording of the camera display is done with the Nikon 400mm f/2.8. The recording is made on a laptop with an HDMI cable and a video capture card.
