Don't leave your barbell dirty,
Don't leave your barbell dirty, a gentlemen cleans up afterwards! To increase the lifespan of your barbell you'll need to clean it and if you don't then you might end up like this barbell, with essentially no spin, rust, and not looking to hot.
Disassembling, oiling, and cleaning your barbell isn't particularly hard but it can see a bit daunting if you haven't done it before. So watch along as I stuff way too many innuendos into yet another video. Oh, and hopefully we learn something as well.
