This braid is included in the top 10 braids that housewives prepare to order: weddings, birthdays, christenings or other holidays. The combination of nuts, poppy seeds and cherries together with chocolate cakes and delicate cherry cream is simply wonderful. The recipe of the famous hostess Iryna Paraschak with my small changes and conversion to a smaller form.

160 g of melted butter (margarine)
100 g sour cream with a fat content of 20%
0.75 tsp of soda
0.75 tbsp. table vinegar
165 g of flour

50 g of sugar

1/6 tsp. salt

300 g of cherries in their own juice (weight without liquid)
CREAM:
300 ml of cherry syrup in its own juice
200 ml of water
60 g of corn starch Dr. answer
300 g of butter
50 g of sugar
