Easy Seated Dumbbell Strength Training is a exercise workout that uses lite hand weights for those with limited mobility, seniors, baby boomers and anyone else to help strengthen muscles, bones and tone the body.  This will help with burning fat, calories and lose weight.  Reduce the risk of falling and breaking bones because your body will be stronger.  You should do strength training at least twice a week and not back to back days.  Skip at least one day in between the workouts.  Lets go sit, strength train and get fit.

It is recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and strength training at least once a week.  But two days a week of strength training would be better with 48 hours of rest between each session.
