HR Generalist is a common
HR Generalist is a common role that many Human Resource professionals get recruited into. Often you may wonder what a HR Generalist does for an organization. In this video I would explain the job role of a Generalist and compare his/her responsibilities with a HR Admin/Assistant.
I am inclined to believe that HR Generalist is more of a job description used as a job title. Often your role of generalist mandates that you do multiple things as a knowledge worker for the HR team. However that doesn't mean your title needs to be HR Generalist. I explain this belief in the video as well. All my explanations are in Hindi. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in comments.
