The seventh, and last leg of our journey from Osoyoos, British Columbia to Banff in Alberta Canada. We started this leg in Radium Hot Springs on August 4th, 2020, and heading East on Highway 93, aka Banff–Windermere Parkway.

Shortly after Radium Hot Springs, we are entering the Kootenay National Park and drive through the Sinclair Canyon. We keep on following Highway 93 and enjoy the phenomenal and beautiful scenery while driving through the Kootenay National Park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, also known as the Rockies.

After driving for 1 hour and 6 minutes, we cross the North American Continental Divide. The Continental Divide is a boundary that separates a continent's river systems. In Canada, the main continental divide is known as the Continental Divide of the Americas or Great Divide. It roughly follows the ridge of the Rocky Mountains. The water separated along the Great Divide eventually reaches one of the Arctic Atlantic or Pacific Oceans. Significant sections of the Alberta-British Columbia and Yukon-Northwest Territories borders follow this natural boundary as does the Great Divide Trail.

The Continental Divide is also the boundary between British Columbia and Alberta, and the Kootenay National Park becomes the Banff National Park. A few minutes after passing the British Columbia Alberta boundary we are entering the Trans-Canada Highway 1 east bound, which brings us to Banff after a drive time of 1 hour and 40 minutes🛑Please Subscribe➤http://bit.ly/-STV
