The Road To The Sub 3 Hour Marathon: Prelude

It's been a long time since I made any sort of long video content, but this is going to be me in raw forms of myself and showing you guys the things I did to go from running a 3:53:55 marathon back in August 2022 to now trying to attempt to run a sub 3 hour marathon. The Chicagoland Spring Marathon is on May 5th in Schaumburg, Illinois where I will be running in that event.  All other marathons I've ran will be down below this paragraph for your viewing pleasure!  Come experience this road with me and fall in love with the process!
