Symptoms of Congestive Failure Cough:
White liquid coughed up
Dry heaving sounds
Pacing
Breathing Rapidly
Dog in distress
Unable to lie down
Sitting up with head and nose tilted up
Gums not bring pink, but discolored, or blue gums
Fainting or falling over
