TOO MUCH GRASS AND NIOT ENOUGH EITHER

Battling the worst summer ever for grass growth to try and keep the cows munching on grass. In comparison the heifers on the out block have far too much in front of them.  Is zero grazing an option? Are us farmers carrying too much stock for the ever changing climate ?
