Special workout for fuller and lifted cheek muscles.
It targest Zygomaticus Major and Minor muscels located diagonally from mouth corners to tempel area.

Kindly reminder that muscles need consistent workouts, nutrition, sleep, massage amd time to start showing results. Do not give up🙌

‼️Important for BEGINNERS! ‼️
If you do not feel cheek muscles- do this workout out for at least 14days. After that period the muscle should build up so you can start feeling them.
