I love my chicken breast to be flavorful and juicy. To achieve the perfect juiciness, I cook to temperature. I aim for my chicken breast to cook to 165 - 170 degrees, at that temperature range you have a safe piece of chicken and juicy. Nobody likes a dry chicken breast. Keep in mind, it does cook a little faster on smaller air fryers. This recipe is for the 10 quart. Link to the full recipe below.
