This is by far the
This is by far the most unique and inspiring Airbnb we have ever visited. It is an eco friendly bamboo home in the jungle that is powered by a water wheel sitting on the nearby river. It is remote but takes your adventure to the next level. You will not have to worry about food as the host Wayan will cook meals for a very reasonable price. You MUST try the banana pancakes. :)

"This place was a dream. It rained heavily each afternoon and we still felt like we were in an oasis. The set up is so very thoughtful, from the speaker that plugs into your phone for tunes, to the lunch and dinner menu that is prepared and provided by Wayan himself, to the board games, bug spray and kitchen utensils provided. They even provide free rental of a motorbike. The staff, led by Wayan is so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Wayan cooked us delicious banana pancakes each morning which was not included and was still so gracious for the tip. His food from the dinner menu is EXCEPTIONAL and some of the best we had in Bali. This was so convenient not to have to venture out or fend for ourselves in the kitchen. All for an incredible "Bali" price. The sounds of the river are loud but calming. We fell asleep listening to it each night. Be careful exploring! Slippery when wet! ;) Alena was incredibly responsive all throughout our stay. Anything we needed, she had answers and fast. She was a dream. The seclusion was different for us. Felt a bit out of sorts late at night in the wilderness being two people from the city, but there's nothing to fear as the entire community is incredibly friendly and very respectful of your privacy! Main road and restaurant with a great mountain view within walking distance provided a great excuse to get out and explore the area which is littered with wildlife (ducks and dogs mostly) and beautiful rice fields. The Hideout itself....breathtaking. It's absolutely stunning, including the garden. Thank you Wayan for all of your hard work maintaining it! Thank you Ali for everything! We can not wait to go back!"
