OCEAN GLOW: Step by Step Watercolor Tutorial

Hi guys! Today I'll be sharing another ocean scene but this time underwater. This was requested by a friend of mine, Tracy who wanted an underwater scene, and I hope this is something that you also find interesting. I used similar techniques here to the sparkly shoreline tutorial, but with a much simpler approach and it won't take as long to create. Hope you guys enjoy and happy painting!
