10 -12  Njangsa Grains
2 Green Onion
3 Stalks of Parsley
½ Onion
7 Stick Matches
4 Calabash Nutmeg (Pebe)
½ Red Bell Pepper (Optional)
½ tsp Blackpepper
½ tsp Whitepepper
2 Maggi Cubes
2 tsp Salt
Some Cooking Oil
