Crispy spinach fry or Palak pakoda is a delicious and crispy fritters prepared with spinach leaves.
INGREDIENTS:
Spinach(chopped) 2 cup
Onions(chopped) 1 cup
Carom seeds ½ tsp
Green chillies 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Cooking soda 1 pinch
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tsp
Rice flour 2-3 tbs
Chickpea flour 1 cup
Oil To fry
METHOD:
1. Take a bowl and add spinach, onions, carom seeds, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilly powder, cooking soda, coriander leaves, rice flour, chickpea flour, if needed add little water and make pakoda batter.
2. Take small dumpling and make round balls deep fry in oil on medium flame, transfer into a serving plate.
3. Now spinach round pakoda is ready to serve.
