The way you conduct your worship team rehearsals can drastically change the effectiveness of your worship team on Sunday. When I started at College Park Church, my rehearsals were frustrating and left me feeling more confused about the music than before we came together on Thursday night. I began to realize that my frustration derived from the way I formatted my rehearsals. I soon started on a "rehearsal format journey." Over the next few years I was determined to learn what rehearsal format works best for my team. More importantly, which format would yield the best results to positively impact our time of worship on Sundays.
