Some Key points:-

a) If your passport address is not your permanent address (eg your hostel address) then please mention your current permanent address ( ie on aadhaar card etc ; it does not have to match the PCC address)

b) Some programs offer every student a case coordinator , those students can mention there name in the contact person

c)  In the form for duration of stay  has now been changed to 180 days and the rest of your stay is taken care by your residence permit (temporary) which you apply when you land there.

d) Please keep in mind that these details are not micro managed , so in your passport if all details are in capital letters , it is not enforcing for you to mention all details in capitals
