This is all the name of one dish - draniki
Today, draniki-kremzliki is one of the most favorite Ukrainian dishes, so there are an incredible number of cooking options for this dish.
This dish is especially popular in the northern and eastern regions of the country. The very name " draniki "comes from the method of preparation of the dish: its main and invariable ingredient is grated, or, as they say," torn " potatoes. Other components may vary depending on the traditions of the region or individual family. In particular, onions, garlic, flour, eggs, meat, etc.are added to the dish.
And here, kremzliki is served with an incredibly fragrant mushroom machanka and cheese, which makes draniki even more appetizing. Traditionally, draniki were prepared on Sunday and eaten for breakfast or dinner. Often they were served to the festive table on holidays such as the Annunciation.

Here's what you'll need to make draniki:
