This is our next generation 260A Gen 4 BMS that is currently in development and it is shown here while undergoing Mil Spec Testing. The whole Gen 4 platform was engineered from scratch and has spent 2 years in development.

We design all our own PCB hardware and the circuit boards are tested to withstand a minimum of 10 years of severe abuse in engine bays of recreational vehicles, boats and emergency vehicles. This video is the MIL-STD 810G Method 514.6 which includes 4 procedures for different modes of vibration. This test is meant to represent the entire lifetime of damage that a unit might endure and looks for wires that might chafe, circuit boards that might crack solder joints or damage and fatigue failures in metals or materials.
