OLDTIME LOGGER (92 YEARS OLD!) HAND-SPLITTING HUGE WESTERN RED CEDAR LOGS !

In this video, I lend a hand to an oldtime logger and friend who demonstrates his technique for hand-splitting huge western red cedar logs down their length using only simple tools.
I've included the full process showing how these enormous logs are broken down into small enough pieces to be milled into lumber on his sawmill. Look for the next video in this series showing the boards being created from these pieces, coming soon to Everyday Projects.
