15g parsley  
4 oz / 100g lentils  
2 oz / 1/2 cup water  
olive oil  
1/2 tsp salt  
1 tsp curry  
1 tsp paprika  
2 tbsp water  
1/2 tsp dry garlic  
1/2 cup whole wheat flour  
3 tbsp yogurt
