Garlic and Cherry Tomatoes Confit Toast

Simple, easy to make and absolutely delicious. Follow this recipe to make some delicious garlic and cherry tomatoes confit toast with shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients:
Garlic cloves
Cherry tomatoes
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Flaky salt
Sprigs of rosemary
Sourdough bread
Dried oregano
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Add garlic, tomatoes into a oven safe dish (cast iron pan/casserole dish/ ramekins etc)
Add olive oil, rosemary sprigs and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
Bake at 375F for 1:00-1:30 hours or until garlic is golden and soft.
Spread garlic and tomatoes over toasted sourdough slices. Top with an extra sprinkle of flaky salt, dried oregano and shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
