Shadiyon Wala Mutton Korma recipe| lal gosht recipe | Eid Special Recipe by sairas curious kitchen

Hello friends on this special eid occasion make this special hyderabadi lal mutton korma recipe in my style. This recipe is especially for eid dawat or any special party occasion with a serving of 10-15 people. This mutton korma is so rich and full of red color giving a unique mughlai taste. Topped with fragrant spices and some chopped mint & coriander leaves. You will love each bite of this korma recipe.
Best served with nan or zeera rice.  

►For Meat Cooking
2 and half kg boneless mutton or beef
6 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp salt
1 Glass of Water
1/2  Tbsp Red Food color.
Cook meat till 70% to 80% in cooker or pot.

►White Shahi Paste Ingredients for gravy
20-25 Almonds
10 to 12 Cashews
3 Tbsp Sesame seeds
3 Tbsp Melon seeds
1/3 cup peanut
2 Tbsp Fennel seed
1/2 cup dedicated coconut
All these ingredient fry in a very little oil.
First grind dry powder and then add water and grind to fine paste.

►Gravy preparation Method
1 cup oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp green chiili sauce
1 tbsp shezwan sauce
3 tbsp soya sauce / 8 to 8 sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
3 tbsp chat masala
2 tbsp chicken tandoori masala
1 tbsp red colour
Add little water
Now add the meat and mix gently.

Add 1 cup yoghurt and roast the meat for 5 min.
(If yoghurt not available add 3-4 lemon juice.)

Now add the white shahi paste
(Also optional add milk and fresh cream.)
Add chopped Green chillies as per taste

►In the end
1 tsp. garam masala,
1 tsp. cardamon powder
2 tbsp kewda water
1 tsp nutmeg powder
Pinch of saffron dissolved in water.
Some chopped mint and coriander leafes
50gm Butter
Now cover lid and cook on low flame till meat is tender.
Serve with nan or bagara zeera rice.
