بصل 1/2 كيلو
16 فص ثوم
ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة أو تكييف حسب الرغبة
مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الكركم 1 ملعقة صغيرة
زيت
زنجبيل مبشور إنش
كمون مطحون / زيرة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الكزبرة / الضانية 1 ملعقة كبيرة
رمان مجفف / مسحوق أناردانا

Bittergourd 1 kg
Mutton ½ kilo
Tomatoes 4
Onions1/2 kg
Garlic 16 cloves
Salt 1 tsp or a/c to taste
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Oil
Grated ginger ½ inch
Ground cumin/zeera 1 tbsp
Coriander/ dhanya powder1 tbsp
Dried Pomegranate/anardana powder
