Because they’re baked, not fried, these Tex Mex favorites are better for your family, and they’re so easy to make, too! Cook ground beef with onion, green bell pepper and corn. Mix with taco sauce, chili powder, garlic salt and cumin, then spoon into tortillas along with refried beans and Monterey Jack cheese. Once baked golden, serve them piled high with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guac!
